Septic tank pumpingTank inspections
Whether you own the house, are buying one, or the bank is asking about the septic tank, an inspection tells you what shape the system is in.
Most people inherit a septic system along with the house and never see inside it. You may not know where the tank is, how big it is, or when anybody last pumped it. An inspection answers that before it turns into a problem in the yard.
A lot of our inspection calls come before a house sells. Sometimes the bank wants the tank inspected, and sometimes the buyer does.
If you are buying, you should know what problems the system could have before the house is yours. We see people buy a house and start having septic trouble a month later. An inspection before closing tells you what shape the tank is in.
If the bank or the buyer is asking for a septic inspection, call 501-580-7767 and we will get it scheduled.
We find it and get down to the lid, digging if we need to.

Bad odors and backups are the two things people call us about, and both of them give some warning before they arrive. Looking in the tank is how you catch it while it is still a pumping job.
