What happens when we come out
We find the tank
If you know where it is, that saves us time. If you do not, we locate it and dig down to the lid.
We open it up
The lid comes off so we can see what we are working with.
We pump it out
The truck pumps the tank down and we put everything back the way we found it.
What else we can do on the same visit
If your lid is buried a couple of feet down, ask about a riser while we already have the hole open. A riser brings the access up to ground level so the next pump-out does not start with a shovel. We can put a riser on a tank even when it sits deep.

What if I do not know where my tank is?
We locate it. Tank locating and excavation is one of the services we do, so if nobody has opened the tank in years and the lid is buried, that is a normal call for us.
