Terms

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not change any agreement you make with us for work on your septic system, which is agreed directly with you.

Using this site

You are welcome to read this site and get in touch with us through it. Do not use it to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to send anything harmful through the contact form.

What is on the site

We keep the information here accurate and up to date. Service descriptions explain the kind of work we do; they are not a quote. Pricing depends on the job and travel fees may apply, so call 501-580-7767 for a quote on your own system.

Content ownership

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Jay's Pump Service. The photographs are of our own trucks, crew and work. Please do not reuse them without asking.

Links to other sites

If we link somewhere else, we do not control that site and are not responsible for what is on it.

Liability

This site is provided as is. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the septic work we actually carry out for you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one.
